Terms of Service

By applying for membership or attending an EE event, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. ABOUT EINDHOVEN ENTREPRENEURS

Eindhoven Entrepreneurs (EE) is a commercial networking organisation operated by IndustrySpan Consulting B.V., Artoislaan 1, 5627 JB Eindhoven, KvK 93240651. EE connects international founders, freelancers, and entrepreneurial professionals in the Brainport/Eindhoven region through events, a member community, and related services.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to entrepreneurs, business owners, freelancers, directors, and professionals who are active in the Brainport/Eindhoven region. EE maintains a balanced mix of industries and backgrounds. Acceptance is at the discretion of the EE board.

2.2 Application process

  1. Submit an online application at eindhoven-entrepreneurs.nl
  2. Attend at least one trial coffee meetup
  3. Complete an intake form and optional interview with the board
  4. Receive a decision within 3 week

2.3 Membership tiers and pricing (2026 launch year: April to December)

From 2027 onwards, the membership year runs January to December. Annual prices: Entrepreneur Pass €375, Professional Pass €540. Early Bird pricing is available exclusively to the first 30 paid members. Once 30 members have joined, normal pricing applies automatically.

2.4 Payment

Payment is due upon acceptance. Membership becomes active once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

2.5 No refund policy

Once membership is confirmed and payment received, no refunds are provided. Unused event quota does not roll over to the following membership year. This applies to all tiers and pricing periods.

2.6 Membership validity

2026 launch cohort memberships run from the date of activation to 31 December 2026, regardless of when you join. From 2027, memberships run from 1 January to 31 December. Renewal notices will be sent before the end of the membership year.

2.7 Student sponsorship (Professional Pass)

Professional Pass holders may sponsor one student to join EE at 50% of the applicable membership price. The student applies through the standard application process and is subject to the same eligibility criteria.

3. EVENT BOOKING AND QUOTAS

Paid membership tiers include access to a set number of events per year. The following rules apply:

  • Event quota is allocated per membership year and does not roll over.
  • Members may attend additional events beyond their quota at the non-member price.
  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before an event: quota is returned.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before: quota is used, no credit issued.
  • No-show: quota is used and the incident is noted.
  • Community (free) tier members pay €15 per coffee meetup visit (2 trial visits included).

 

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

By joining EE, you agree to:

  • Treat all members, guests, and board members with respect.
  • Not use EE events or platforms for unsolicited sales pitches or spam.
  • Not share another member’s personal information without their explicit consent.
  • Comply with the EE Code of Conduct at all times.
  • Not misrepresent your professional background or company in your application.

EE reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these terms, without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

EE may photograph or record events for promotional purposes. By attending an event, you consent to being included in such materials. If you wish to opt out, notify a board member before the event begins.

Any content you share within EE platforms (WhatsApp, website, newsletter contributions) remains your property. By sharing it, you grant EE a non-exclusive licence to use it for community and promotional purposes.

6. LIABILITY

EE and IndustrySpan Consulting B.V. are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your participation in EE events or use of EE platforms, except where required by Dutch law. EE does not provide legal, financial, or business advice. Any information shared at events or in the community is for networking purposes only.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 By the member

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting info@eindhoven-entrepreneurs.nl. No refund will be issued for the remaining membership period.

7.2 By EE

EE may terminate your membership immediately, without refund, in the event of: serious or repeated breach of the Code of Conduct, misrepresentation in your application, or conduct that is harmful to the community or EE’s reputation.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

EE may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
