Programme at a glance

How the two days work

1
See where you stand

Look at your market and your numbers, if you have them.

2
Choose your next step

You decide how you want your business to grow and which kind of funding fits that.

3
Shape your story

You turn your plan into a short pitch with facts that support what you say.

4
Pitch your business

Present your pitch to a panel, answer their questions and get honest feedback.

The Programme

Two days, 09:00 to 16:00

Lunch provided on both days Venue: Rabobank Eindhoven, Fellenoord 17
Market research workshop
Day 1 · Thursday 19 November 2026

Know your market

On the first day you learn how big your market is, who your customers are and how to prove that they want what you offer. This is the base for your pitch on day two.

Morning
Understand your market
You work out how many people could buy from you and which group of customers to focus on first.
12:00
Lunch with an expert
You have lunch at a table with a Rabobank specialist (for example, on loans, insurance, business accounts or taxes). Bring your questions because this is your time to ask them.
13:00 – 16:00
Financing and evidence
Rabobank explains the different ways to finance a business. After that you work out which proof makes your pitch convincing and how to collect it.
Day two builds on today, so there is nothing to prepare at home.
Pitch practice in small groups
Day 2 · Friday 20 November 2026

Build and present your pitch

On the second day you turn everything you learned on day one into a short and clear story. In the afternoon you present it on stage.

Morning
Practise your pitch
You build your 3-minute pitch and practise it in a small group of four. Everyone speaks, gets feedback and improves the pitch before the afternoon.
12:00
Lunch with a new expert
You have lunch at a different table with another Rabobank specialist. This is a good moment to ask your last questions before you go on stage.
13:00 – 16:00
Founder Pitch Arena
Every founder gets the same time on stage: 3 minutes to pitch and 3 minutes to answer questions from the panel. The day ends with the top three, the prizes and a group photo.

What you gain

Even if you don't win you leave with something valuable: honest questions from the panel that show you exactly what to work on next.

Pitch Rules

  • Your pitch has at most three slides, following one simple structure that we give you.
  • You don't need to prepare anything at home because you build your pitch and slides during the two days.
  • All slides run from one shared presentation so you never lose time switching laptops.
  • A clear signal shows you when 1 minute is left and when your 3 minutes are over.
  • Only the panel asks questions.
  • You never have to share financial details in public. What you share is your choice.

Judging and Prizes

A panel of five judges evaluates every pitch on the same criteria, such as how clear the problem is, how strong the solution is and how well you handle questions. Two panel members come from Rabobank and three are invited by Eindhoven Entrepreneurs.

Apply for a place

The programme works best when every founder joins both full days and is ready to share, practise and pitch. We choose the group on fit with your business and stage. We also look for a good mix of founders.

Not running a business yet? You are welcome. The programme is for people who plan to start a business and for founders in their first or second year.

01Fill in the application form and add your two-minute video.
02We review every application and email you the outcome.
03If you are selected, you receive the deposit details for €99 from Eindhoven Entrepreneurs with a date by which your place must be confirmed.
04If your place is not confirmed by then, it goes to the next founder on the waiting list.
